Project Coordinator / Hybrid Set Up / Pasig / Php 18-28K

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- With at least 1 year experience / involvement handling Green Building certification such as LEED, WELL, BERDE, EDGE
- College degree in B.S. Architecture, or B.S. Civil engineering, or with college degree in sustainability/environment or with a focus on environment, sustainability and systems and strategy.
- With strong understanding on building systems and construction
- Knowledge in AutoCad (at least 2D), Microsoft Office, and basic editing tools such as Adobe programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (local) on short notice, as necessary.
- Willing to learn green building certification requirements with minimal supervision.

EQUIPMENT
The Project Coordinator is expected to have own laptop with Autocad, Microsoft Office, and basic editing tools such as Adobe programs.
The Project Coordinator is expected to have access to internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide the Services in accordance with the Program.
2. Exercise the degree of skill, care and diligence normally exercised by members of the profession performing services of a similar nature and in accordance with the code of ethics of the institution or other body which governs the profession.
3. Remain fully responsible for all Services provided by the Project Coordinator
4. Be bound to comply with any direction of the Project Lead to vary the scope of services.


LOCATION: Manggahan, Pasig City
SALARY: Php 18,000 - Php 28,000 (for discussion based on skills and experience)
ARRANGEMENT: Hybrid set up (with field works when needed)
