Project Coordinator For Us Furniture Company

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our talented team and be a key player.

 

This job vacancy is for our partner company which specializes in remodeling, expanding, or relocating the offices of small to mid-sized businesses.

**Responsibilities**:
Entering customer, vendor, and product information into the ERP software.

Communicate with clients, prospects, management, and members of project team to ensure proper collaboration.

Continuous client interaction to ensure project success and complete communication transparency.

Communicate with salesperson regularly to provide a status report on the project.

Compile product specifications, drawings, manufacturer pricing, and discounts.

Qualifications

Experience with any

Project Management tool is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience or Familiar with the furniture/ construction/architecture industry is a plus.

Must be able to work office-based -1Nito Tower, Cebu City.
