Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the team in planning, execution, and completion of digital marketing projects. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will act as a liaison between clients, team members, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and clients.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Task Management:
Monitor and track project progress and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Assist in the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, file management, and communication tasks.
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a digital marketing agency is an advantage but not required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Nift).
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
