This role will be responsible for hiring Customer Service professionals for varied Operations requirements, with extensive background in the contact center industry.

**Job Description**:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits team, and colleagues to ensure we are clearly identifying the client needs and effectively executing the right process for the business and our new hires.
- Engage and partner with the Hiring Managers / Business Unit Leader to understand hiring requirements, products and services, while providing recruiting industry expertise.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
- Aggressively build a pipeline of diverse top talents by sourcing through multiple and creative channels, with the help of various sourcing partners, leveraging internal and external resources, developing talent communities, keeping in mind our global DIE&B objectives.
- Conduct on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.
- Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers partnering with the Hiring Managers and HR teams as appropriate.
- Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition related projects of varying complexity and priority.
- Ensure all coordination is consistent and keep the ATS system (Workday Recruit) compliant with local protocols and regulations.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to monitor and make sure 100% pre-onboarding requirements are met.
- Represent PayPal's mission, vision, and values with integrity and professionalism.
- Participate in operational excellence activities, including Diversity & Inclusion events.
- At least 1 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, high volume hiring exposure in a multinational contact center or financial services / fintech industry.
- Education: Degree relevant to Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Professional certification relevant to the role / TSI Certified an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal and negotiation skills, plus demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills applied to various stages of the processes.
- Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership, extremely diligent and detail oriented.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks while ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management.
- Experience using hiring tools and platforms including an Applicant Tracking System is ideal.
- In depth background in sourcing, interview / assessment, and targeted selection.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, takes initiative and works independently on projects, an effective team player as well
