Project Based Library Assistant

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take charge of the circulation of books
- Organize and shelve books
- Do the Copy logging of newly acquired materials
- Update and list newly acquired materials in the accession book
- Process newly acquired books
- Encode and process books
- Monitor overdue and lost books
- Record and prepare the monthly statistics of the library such as follows:

- Patrons' number of visits/ Monthly Statistics Report
- Books borrowed
- Library Period
- Maintain the listing of patrons with paid overdue fines
- Disseminate overdue books reminders
- Assist patrons in locating books
- Teach clients how to use the catalog
- Handle library periods and conduct library lessons according to the Library Instruction Program under the supervision of the librarian.
- Select, process, and file newspaper clippings approved by the Head Librarian
- Responsible for newspaper clippings
- File Library Period activities
- support to the Admin Office
- Undertake other tasks that may reasonably be assigned to her by the SCHOOL PRESIDENT, Immediate Supervisor, or Admin Coordinator.
Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Marikina City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
