Project AssistantReports ToThe Project Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, ProjectsManager, and General ManagerJob Description? Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand Equipment installationrequirements.? Oversee the hands-on installation of Equipment ensuring compliance withspecifications and quality standards.? Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to procure necessarymaterials and resources for installations.? Troubleshoot and address technical issues during the installation process,ensuring timely resolution.? Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, includinginstallation plans, schedules, and quality assurance checklists.? Communicates with clients to provide updates on project progress, addressconcerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.? Manage project-related correspondence, emails, and documentation, maintainingorganized project files.? Assist in budget tracking and expense management for Installation worksJob QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering.At least six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.Has a Driver's license with Restrictions 1Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of clients.Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Amendable to work in Cainta Rizal and/or San Juan AreaPOSITION SALARY COMMISSION(1) Project Assistant 16,500 + 10%afterregularization
