Reports To
The Project Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, Projects
Manager, and General Manager
Job Description
? Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand Equipment installation
requirements.
? Oversee the hands-on installation of Equipment ensuring compliance with
specifications and quality standards.
? Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to procure necessary
materials and resources for installations.
? Troubleshoot and address technical issues during the installation process,
ensuring timely resolution.
? Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including
installation plans, schedules, and quality assurance checklists.
? Communicates with clients to provide updates on project progress, address
concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
? Manage project-related correspondence, emails, and documentation, maintaining
organized project files.
? Assist in budget tracking and expense management for Installation works
Job Qualifications
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering.
? At least six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.
? Has a Driver's license with Restrictions 1
? Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of clients.
? Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.
? Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
? Amendable to work in Cainta Rizal and/or San Juan Area

POSITION SALARY COMMISSION
(1) Project Assistant 16,500 + 10%
