Project Architect With Experience In Fitout

Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications- Coordinates and monitor project requirements as to manpower, materials, equipment and finance- Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for proper and timely accomplishment of the project- Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems and actions for the proper execution of construction- Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works to recommend and improve proper sequencing of works for the timely completion of the project- Coordinates with the project's design engineers and / or consultants on the technical aspects of the constructive activities- Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments- Prepares the daily and weekly accomplishment report and reports them to the Project Manager- Can do quantity and cost estimate- Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations to ensure that all contract requirements are met based on the targets and policiesCan coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php270,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
