Project Architect

**JOB SUMMARY**

The design architect creates plans and gathers design requirements for new structures.
S/He may also be called upon to design alterations or repairs to existing buildings and structures.
Their role is to focus on the style and look of the project while adhering to all building requirements and codes.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 3-4 years experience designing Mid-rise/high-rise condominiums
- Involved in construction projects from planning to execution
- Previous experience in designing projects independently

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- designing Mid-rise/high-rise condominiums: 3 years (preferred)
- Real Estate or Construction Company: 1 year (preferred)
