Project Architect

Qualifications:

-Licensed Architect / BS Architecture degree holder (under board)
-At least 5 years working experience in architectural design and site construction
-Knowledgeable in building codes
-Good communication skills
-Proficient in CAD 2d and 3d, Revit, BIM, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray, Photoshop, word, excel
-Good in analytical Problem solving
-Well versed in architectural planning from conceptualization to implementation
-Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing and ece and can interpret plans.
-Keen in details
-Team Leadership
-Good in Written and Verbal Communication

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Design and Draft Building Plans, 3D presentations
-Preparation of bill of materials, specifications and other contract documents
-Prepare Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings
-Manage and coordinate draftsman and designing engineer associates
-Monitor and Assist Building Permit Application and other required Project Permits
-Oversee and coordinate with Contractors and Construction Crews
-Visit Work Sites, check proper implementation of plans
-Prepare RFI documents, Site Inspection Reports and Field Orders
-Site Construction Quality Check and Monitoring
-Material and Equipment Review, Canvassing and Procurement
-Budget and Schedule Management
