Project Architect

Job Responsibilities Developing and implementing project work plans Coordinating and overseeing the work of junior architects and technical staff Communicating with clients to understand and document their architectural needs Creating architectural designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications Ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations Overseeing and guiding the contractors and builders to ensure that the project is constructed according to the design plans Dealing with problems that might come up during building, including budget overruns, construction delays, or design modifications Coordinating with various professionals such as structural engineers and landscape architects Specifying the materials and products for the project Conducting site visits to ensure conformance to design and answering contractor questions during construction Completing project documentation, including all necessary drawings and specifications Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
