Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
2. Professional Architect license preferred.
3. 2 to 3 years of construction project experience needed.
4. Strong background in architectural design, translating concepts into construction documents.
5. Proficiency in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
6. Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, zoning laws ensuring compliance.
7. Experience coordinating with stakeholders: clients, contractors, consultants to meet project objectives.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills for conveying design intent, addressing on-site issues.
9. Ability to conduct site inspections, review shop drawings, resolve conflicts to maintain design integrity.
10. Knowledge of sustainable design principles, materials for environmentally friendly practices.
11. Strong project management skills: overseeing phases, scheduling, budgeting, procurement.
12. Understanding of construction methods, materials, techniques for decision-making.
13. Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, construction technology advancements.
14. Self-motivated, able to work independently; effective delegation, people management skills.
15. Preferably residing in Cavite; immediate availability preferred; willing to be assigned anywhere.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and budgets regularly, providing accurate progress records and reports to project teams and stakeholders.
2. Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and budget constraints.
4. Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
5. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
6. Oversee construction administration tasks such as reviewing documents and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Conduct regular on-site supervision to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and address any issues promptly.
8. Serve as a liaison between design and construction teams, coordinating activities and facilitating communication.
9. Ensure that construction work meets quality standards through regular inspections and problem-solving.
10. Identify and resolve construction-related challenges as they arise during the project.
11. Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and change orders.
12. Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project progress.
13. Assist with project closeout and handover processes, including final inspections, commissioning, and documentation.
