Provides project management support for QBE GSSC & manage special projects and transitions.Primary Responsibilities Ensures compliance and ongoing tracking and management of projectsFollows QBE's Project Management standard processesManage transition change control process and ensure details are accurately recorded in the planBuild and maintain effective ongoing working relationships with stakeholders on transition planning assumptions and approval processesSupports and coordinates with the Lead and Project Specialists for deliverables, schedulesProvide assistance through coordinating and collating inputs from the different stakeholders to get necessary sign offsEnsures that all project documentation is updated based on the inputs provided during meetings and via emails.Provides administrative support to the project/transition teamPrepare detailed project plan, governance structure and reporting templates to manage special cross functional projects as neededProvide regular updates to project stakeholders and PMO teamDevelop and maintain effective working relationships within the departmentRequired Education
