Overview of the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and administering the tools, methodology, maintaining program and project registers, administering the collection of timesheet data, and assisting project and resource managers in balancing demand and capacity and reporting on variances and change – each month.
We are looking to uplift the maturity of our Project Management Office, implement project management/accounting tools, and develop new controls and processes for the efficient reporting of project costs vs budget, resource management, utilization and time tracking.

Main duties include:
Project accounting and Data Management
Assist in arranging meetings, managing communications, securing resources, and finding suitable venues for project-related activities (noting that some onshore support may be required for local knowledge).
Responsible for meeting documentation, including recording minutes during meetings and compiling notes afterward. This ensures follow-up and keeps team members informed.
Maintaining process documentation is a significant part of a project administrator's duties, which involves writing, sharing, editing, filing, updating, and storing essential project documents.
Create and maintain project libraries, project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, milestones, risks, and issues.
Act as a point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and project managers.
Successful applicants should:
Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or any related financial courses
At least 1 year of working experience in PMO/Project support roles, project accounting, and/or system application support.
Has good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Has strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in using project management tools and software
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
IT/Technology knowledge/software development knowledge (preferable)
Non-negotiable requirements
Internet Connection of at least 15 Mbps
Residence within Cebu
