Role description:
The project assistant will work with the Project Director to support project delivery with focus on documentation management, processing, and quality as well as generation of reports including meeting minutes and presentations.
Role accountabilities:

- Document Management - owner of the project repository to ensure all records are updated and latest, check document name to identify the proper revisions of the documents.
- External Assistance - coordination with client, suppliers and sub-contractors for monthly reports, other needs.
It shall include management of meetings and follow ups, preparing presentations and meeting minutes.
- Internal Assistance - supports project team on overall project delivery requiring assistance: document management including filing and project repository clean up, management of project housing, procurement of project needs (PR and RFP), liquidations of project expenses, monitoring of timely submissions of timesheet, arrangement of team socials.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate of BS Engineering or any related course
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured way of working
- Preferably with background in construction industry
- Analytical skills
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint and quick to adapt in new software
