Project Accountant

-Review and processing of vendor billings, cash advances and petty cash replenishment related to project cost and timely coordination with PCE and Procurement for issues
-Recognition of revenue (UCR) based on approved project accomplishment
-Monitor and Coordinate with RCA team the conversion of UCR to BCR
-Confer with receivables staff regarding unpaid BCR and Retention
-Coordinate with FCR and Cost Control Department cost accruals
-Ensure proper accounting for inventories
-Flag for project budget deficiency
-Coordinate with PCE and Procurement to close out project vendor accounts upon project completion
- Other ad hoc accounting tasks not exhaustively specified above
-Prepare project income statement and cash flow as the project progresses
-Analyze cost incurred per GL account
-Investigate project variances vs target and submit variance report to management
-Investigate all project costs not billed or not billable to client
