Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Project Acceptability and ROW Management Supervisor under the Project Acceptability and ROW Management Division, the successful candidate will be responsible in assisting in the development, formulation and/or updating of guidelines, processes and procedures on right-of-way acquisition especially on the establishment of ROW cost valuations and provision of technical assistance to other groups within the department including the review, monitoring, and evaluation of related activities to ensure conformity to contracts, corporate policies, industry standards, laws and government rulesand regulations.
1. ESTABLISHMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY COSTVALUATIONS
Facilitates the procurement of appraisal of land contracts and establishes updating of Valuations of Land and Crops, Plant and Trees (CPTs).
2. EXECUTION OF PARCELLARY SURVEYCONTRACT
Facilitates the procurement of parcellary survey contracts and monitors its execution to ensure conformance to the approved Terms of Reference (TOR).

3. RELOCATION COMPENSATION FOR PROJECT-AFFECTED PERSONS (PAPS)
Overseas the evaluation of Relocation Compensation Claims in accordance with the policy/guidelines and procedures.
4. ENGAGEMENT TO INTERNAL/EXTERNAL AUDITS
Overseas the process of ensuring that the observations and recommendations reported by Internal/External Auditors are timely and completely complied with.
5. REPORTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MANAGEMENT AND OTHERFUNCTIONAL GROUPS (FGs)
Consolidates and validates Data/Information and Major Issues and Concerns necessary for the preparation of ROW reports to the Management and other FGs.
6. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Interacts and addresses concerns of stakeholders relative to project acceptance and ROW-related issues.
7. SAFETY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Ensure that activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety/quality standards.
Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Applicable PRC License and certification
• With five(5)years of relevant experience
• Proficient in written, oral communications, including technical reporting
