Programmer Analyst

Job Summary:
The Software Factory Section Head manages the capacity of Software Developers based on
their technical skill groupings.
He will be delivering programs that will upskill and cross skill to
help meet resource requirements of the projects in the pipeline.
He can also deploy resources
to projects based on project resource requirements.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
• With a solid foundation and background in Java (not JavaScript)
• Conducts assessment of resource requirements requested by Business Relationship
Account Managers.
• Identifies and deploy the appropriate Software Developer(s) required by the project.
• Reviews the solution document prepared by Solution Architect ensuring the solution will
meet the project objectives and it aligns with the solutioning and architectural
standards.
• Monitors the internal and external developers deployed to the projects and help
address issues accordingly.
Escalate to Department Head as necessary.
• Prepares capacity status report.
• Handles personnel management including recruitment and selection, supervision, and
performance appraisals.
Develops and trains staff to ensure adequate and current skill
sets
• Performs development lead functions including technical design review, source code
inspection and defect management.
The development lead functions may extend to
projects with either internal or external developers.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to tim
