The Professional Services Manager holds a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of projects to clients.

The Professional Services Manager will lead a team of functional and technical consultants to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Oversight:
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of all projects within the professional services portfolio.
Ensure that project objectives, scope, and timelines are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and support staff.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline project delivery processes and improve efficiency.
Implement best practices and standards for project management, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the professional services team.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the professional services budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support project delivery goals.
Monitor project profitability and financial performance, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any IT-related field
At least 5 years solid experience in project delivery management within the IT services/products industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
This role may require occasional travel to client sites or other company locations within APAC region.
