Production Team Leader

PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER Your role is to support the Production Supervisor with the day-to-day line management of the department. You are expected to ensure that production of items are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in adherence to the company's standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day management of the production operations Implement the daily work plan for the production personnel Resolve production operational problems on time and reports any deviation/issues to the Supervisor Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders Perform record-keeping and reporting tasks QUALIFICATIONS : A graduate of any engineering courses but with high preference to Industrial, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering With at least 2 years experience in production operations, 1 year of which is in a team lead role Preferably with experience in a construction or manufacturing industry Understands the basics of production management and operations Highly analytical and good problem solving skills Good communication skills and exemplifies good interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills Area of Assignment: TAGUNOL BRANCH Central Lumber Corporation is a manufacturer, importer, distributor and retailer of complete line of construction materials.
