Production Team Leader

PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

Graduate of any Engineering courses
Preferably with 6 months experience but can accommodate Fresh graduates
Training in line with Production process is a plus
Must have behavioral competencies as follows: People Management, Strong leadership, High regard for discipline
Must have functional competencies as follows: Computer usage knowledge, Communication and Negotiation skills, Comprehension skills, Leadership skills
Guides, support, and monitors the execution of production plan by giving specific instructions to operators/production personnel; and ensures operator's compliance to standards, company policies, rules, and regulation to meet section's KPIs within allocated process/area of responsibility.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas.
