Production Supervisor - Signage

We are seeking a skilled and experiences Production Supervisor to oversee our operations. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure efficient production processes, quality output and a safe working environment.

• Supervision and Team Management
• Production Planning and Oversight
• Quality Control and Compliance
• Inventory Management and Resource Allocation
• Prepares Fast and Accurate Materials Listing
• Documentation and Reporting
• Training and Development

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team.
• Knowledge of processes, quality control methods and production planning.
• Ability to analyze data, problem-solve and implement process improvements.
