Duties and Responsibilities: Plans the production run.Request and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production requirements.Ensures a smooth production run with goals of achieving targets both in efficiency and quality.Responsible for producing quality products in alignment with the company's quality systems, processes and procedures.Responsible for training, over-all supervision and evaluation of manpower in his/her shift.Ensures good communication with subordinates & superiors.Maintains good housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.Ensures that health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift.Examines monitoring documents to assess conformance to production standards and specifications; quality system requirements and food standards.Confer with the production staff and support groups to coordinate updates, improvements, changes and to resolve deficiencies, complaints and conflicts.Prepare and submits weekly production reports.Make appropriate decisions as deemed necessary while following the company's organizational structure.Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Education, Specialized Skills, Knowledge and Experience Needed:
Bachelor Degree in Food Technology
or BS Chemical Engineering or any Engineering Course Graduate
With at least 1-2 Years Supervisory Exp in Food Manufacturing
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence others and build relationship at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills
Ability to effectively utilize technology – from moderate to advanced computer skills using Open Office and Microsoft Office Products; to learn management systems and other on-line resources.
With good verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work overtime and in graveyard shifts; willing to work on weekends and holidays
Willing to work in Mabalacat Pampanga
