We are currently hiring:
 

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR/QUALITY CONTROL

 

Job Description:
To supervise the manufacturing activities in the plant.

To plan all the resources needed for timely production.

Daily and Monthly Production Planning and its control by systems.

Overall Control of the ongoing Production operations including Inventory Control, Scheduling, Equipment Maintenance and Quality Control/Inspection.

Maintaining the quality with target production.

Maintaining Daily production schedule.

To solve customer complaints regarding quality of products.

Manpower planning as per production requirements.

Conducting regular internal audits, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards.

Managing product development,

production operation, dispatch & liaison to ensure timely achievement of organizational targets.Leading & motivating manpower; communicate effectively with employees & management through strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
Graduate of at least 2-year engineering or any other related course

Knows basic accounting works

Preferably with experience as production supervisor or as quality control but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Must be organize, keen to details and able to multi-task

Good communication skills

Must be a fast learner, proactive and able to work with mínimal supervision

Committed to work, reliable & can work under pressure

Computer literate

Full-Time position

Willing to be assigned at Canduman Mandaue City, Cebu
