Production Supervisor / On-Site / Laguna Technopark / Mon To Sat

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field.• Production line experience in a leadership capacity.• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools• Experience in CNC auto lathe machine operations and programs• Experience in handling quality improvement of the product• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach• Read and analyze technical drawing skills.JOB DESCRIPTION:• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.• Oversee the production process to ensure organizational goals are achieved.• Check production output according to specifications.• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.• Submit reports on performance and progress.• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.• Provide leadership to all production employees on their shift, including but not limited to group leaders SALARY: for discussionLOCATION: Laguna Technopark Annex Binan LagunaSCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)NOTE: This is DIRECT HIRING / Permanent position
