Production Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.Oversee the production process to ensure organizational goals are achieved.Check production output according to specifications.Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.Submit reports on performance and progress.Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.Provide leadership to all production employees on their shift, including but not limited to group leaders to allow
performance as a cohesive team.
QUALIFICATIONS Production line experience in a leadership capacity.Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar roleExperience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and toolsExperience in CNC auto lathe machine operations and programsExperience in handling quality improvement of the productMS Office skillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachDegree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field.Read and analyze technical drawing skills.Salary Range – will discuss this during the interviewWork Location - Binan LagunaWork Schedule - 7am to 4pm, Mondays to Saturdays
