Production Supervisor

Supervise production personnel and manufacturing and packaging operationsObserves and implements Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety rules and regulations.Ensures that the manufacturing and packaging directions indicated in the BMR's and PDR's during the processing is strictly followedInforms the Production Manager on problems encountered during operationRecommends improvements in the operation to achieve increase in the productivity and efficiency and reduce cost Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineer and other related coursesWith at least 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing (Food/ Pharmaceutical) settingWith background in GMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP.Analytical, articulate and able to clearly communicate ideasMust be willing to work in shifting schedule
