We are one of Taiyo Yuden's dynamic five manufacturing bases in Asia. Established in 1988 at the Industrial Hub of CEBU (Lapu-Lapu City) MEZ 1. Primarily pioneered the assemby and mass production of several capacitors, inductors and other electronic components for respected international companies.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of any Engineering course

Preferably with related experience

With long technical and leadership experience

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be organized and meticulous

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the group in achieving the objective in productivity, yield, quality, delivery, inventory and cost

Provide leadership support to Line Leaders for the accomplishment of tasks and objectives

Follow through the activities in Production to achieve the Key Result Indices

Ensure effective communication to all Support Groups to sustain a highly motivated workforce
