Production Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree of Food Technology/Nutrition Dietetics , Business, Food Science, Industrial Engineer or any related field.
At least with 2-3 years working experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG plant.
Honest , trustworthy and dependable , fast learner and can work with minimum supervision.
Willing to work at our Davao Plant, located at km22, Sitio Budbod, Bunawan Davao City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the production yields, labor cost, production output and efficiency.
Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel , accomplishing work results related to production.
Maintains safe and clean environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of particular equipments and resources.
Monitors production flow and conducts monthly time and motion.
Ensure to minimize rejections and wastages.
Manages, motivates , develops , and empowers his/her team, involving employees in decision -making.
Analyze production performance records and data.
Coordinates with Quality Assurance Team in the implementation of GMP and food safety policies.
Ensure production meest health, sanitation and quality standard of the product.
Maintains compliance with established policies and procedures.
Ensures that standard process and procedures are followed.
Set daily, weekly , monthly objectives& communicate them to employees.
Oversee and coach employees.
