- Production line experience in a leadership capacity- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools- Experience in CNC auto lathe machine operations and programs- Experience in handling quality improvement of the product- MS Office skills- Communication and interpersonal skills- Problem solving skills- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field.- Read and analyze technical drawing skills.
