The Production Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading and controlling production operations in his/her assigned production area to meet product volume, quality, timeliness, good manufacturing practices, sanitation and hygiene.
Scope of work:
Schedules production activities on manufacturing floor, prioritizing tasks based on daily production reports and schedule
Documents and presents production results to management
Supervise manufacturing functions to maximize productivity and quality by overseeing activities that concerns staffing, production material, process tools and quality performance
Establishes and updates entire SOP's and training materials for production employees improving efficiency and accuracy and on time delivery
Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures and systems, Facilitating corrections and malfunctions within process control points, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
Plans and completes production schedule by scheduling and delegating personnel, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any Business Courses
At least 2 years working experience in Food Manufacturing with supervisory experience
Experience with various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions; creative problem solving skills
Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Marian Business Park San Martin de Porres Paranaque City
