Production Supervisor

- Production Supervisor will be working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards in the entire production cycle
- Must be a Graduate of FOOD TECHNOLOGY
- Has an experience in the FOOD INDUSTRY (e.g restaurants, fast food chains, and the like) deep knowledge
- Must have deep knowledge and understanding of QUALITY STANDARDS and FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS
- Experience in Quality Assurance is an ADVANTAGE.
- Proficient in using MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc)
- Knowledgeable in doing daily, monthly production reports
- Must have good LEADERSHIP SKILL.
- Good Communication Skills
- METICULOUS and STRICT in checking the quality of the products from START to FINISH.
- Must be willing to do OVERTIME AND willing to WORK DURING HOLIDAYS AND REST DAY (if advised)
- Must be FLEXIBLE and has the INITIATIVE to perform tasks alone or with a team
- Must be a GOOD TEAM PLAYER
