MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- At least 5 years of industry experience on equipment and machine shop management or related industry
- High creativity and excellent planning and execution skills
- Effective Leadership and Management skills
- Strong organizational and exceptional analytical/problem solving skills.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Supervisor: 4 years (preferred)
