WE ARE URGENTLY LOOKING FOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR!
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree in the related course, preferably with a related post-graduate degree
2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a small to mid-scale manufacturing set-up; background in large industrial machines is a bonus
With production planning skills, lean manufacturing principles, analytical, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Preferably with Lean Sigma white belt level
Must be computer literate and knowledgeable of basic MS Excel functions
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Able to translate monthly production plan into a weekly and daily plan
Allocate the needed resources (Manpower, Materials, and Machines)
Completion of weekly production schedule and ability to report the results
Recommend process or product changes/improvements to improve line efficiency
Constant coordination with the supply chain group
