Production Supervisor

VALENZUELA CITY (INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION)

Company overview:
Market leader of high-quality welding electrodes in both the domestic and international markets.

Site Assignment: Canumay West, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila
Salary Range: Minimum + Php 2,000 Monthly Allowance (with plenty of opportunities for overtime work with pay)
Employment Type: Permanent (after 5 months probationary period)

Responsibilities:
• Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes.
• Supervise and lead the team in the machine line.
• Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment.
• Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies.
• Should be willing to work overtime and on Sunday/s as necessary.
• Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro- Mechanical Engineering
• Work experience of in any manufacturing industry.
• Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing machines.
• Proven experience as hands-on supervisor
• Should be detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment.
• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be willing to be hands on.
