Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of production personnel to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards on the production floor. They are responsible for supervising production line operations, managing resources, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

To oversee the maintenance and repair work on electrical and mechanical equipment
To keep records of all maintenance and repair activities
To conduct daily inspection of the line and ensure compliance to implemented safety and quality systems & standards
Coordinate with production department all mechanical and electrical repair and activities in the plant
To lead the PM and Line Sustenance activities and improvements while continuously providing solutions to meet the KPI metrics in OEE, MTBF, MTTR in line with Maintenance and TPM targets
Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering or any related courses
With solid experience in food manufacturing company is required
With working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
With solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical ang mechanical systems etc.
With excellent leadership skills
Ameable to work onsite in Sucat, Paranaque
