Production Supervisor

**Qualifications**

1.
Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Food Science/Technology or equivalent with experience in Supervising / Managing.
2.
Knowledge on Production operations in a food manufacturing firm.
3.
Skilled in production planning and production line management.
4.
Good working knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
5.
Above-average leadership and communication skills.
6.
Team-player, results-oriented and highly motivated.
7.
Ability to listen and influence.
8.
Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively.
**Essential Function**

1.
Comply with production requirements by supervising operations

2.
Coordinates production schedule, including manpower with the Production controller

3.
Analyze daily production output and report actual output vs projection.
4.
Ensure that the required production materials are available when needed.
5.
Update Production Controller/Plant Manager regarding production output and compliance to requirements regularly.
6.
Coordinate and report downtime or machine breakdown that may affect operations and its output, reports the action being done on the machine and the affected outputs.
7.
Monitor and verify activities to ensure that all products coming in and out of the facility meet food safety and quality standards.
8.
Troubleshoot machine's basic problems when needed.
SALARY NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
