Production Supervisor

Ensures high quality standards in all production client deliverables.
- Proactively leads the development of improved production processes to better serve clients and achieve financial targets.
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
- Follows-up with direct reports to ensure jobs are on target for established hours and deadlines and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished.
Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.
- Works closely with project team, and client contacts as needed, to ensure production deliverables within specific area of expertise to follow project specifications and meet client needs.
- Maintains a good understanding of market and competitor trends for assigned clients and communicates details with project team
- Develops knowledge base for client categories and keeps team up to speed on consumer insights, trends, etc.
Leverage knowledge to strengthen client relationships.
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished.
Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.
- Day-to-day supervision and administration of the process to ensure effective production of quality products;
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Marilao, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
