Production Supervisor

Supervising the whole operation.
- Monitor the plant performance
- Roves in the whole process area.
- Checks all the parameters.
- Reviews the production logbook.
- Monitors all plant equipment.
- Checks the total production and reports it to the BUH.
- Checks of plant performance.
- Monitors the product quality.
- Gives instruction to Sr. process specialist for some adjustment needed.
- Observes any changes in the production.
- Provide administrative support to the different departments for office issues and concerns
- Assists employees if there is a necessary document needed.
- Leads huddle meeting with production team if there are problems encountered.
- Ensure compilation of records of tools and equipment
- Ensures compilation of records of tools and equipment.
- Reports Submission
- Daily Accomplishments Report, to be submitted daily, on or before 5 PM
- Makes production report from the past 24 hours of operation.
- Other tasks
- Complies and implements all Company policies adherence to Company Code of Conduct and Discipline and Safety Procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical or Electronics and Communications
- Minimum of 1- 4 years experience in Engineering and Maintenance positions; 2 years of a supervisory position
- With good managerial skills and has attended training related to managing people
- Job Type: Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calaca, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Production Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
