Job Responsibilities:
1. Production Management
a. Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

a. Organize and assign tasks to production staff to optimize workflow.
b. Prepare and adjust schedules as needed to meet production deadlines.
3. Quality Control
a. Monitor production output to ensure it meets quality specifications.
b. Implement quality control processes and promptly address any quality issues.
4. Process Improvement
a. Identify and suggest ways to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
b. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
5. Employee Training and Development
a. Train new and existing employees on machinery, safety protocols, and quality standards.
b. Mentor and support team members to improve their performance and skillset.
6. Health and Safety Compliance
a. Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards and protocols.
b. Conduct regular safety audits and address any hazards or incidents.
7. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
a. Quickly resolve any production issues that arise, such as machinery malfunctions or staffing challenges.
b. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
8. Performance Tracking and Reporting
a. Track and report on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality.
b. Provide performance feedback to employees and recommend improvements as needed.
9. Inventory and Resource Management
a. Manage and monitor inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
b. Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of resources.
10. Communication and Team Leadership
a. Maintain clear communication with staff, management, and other departments.
b. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among production staff.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Experience in handling product quality improvement.
Skills:
• Production line experience in a leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in CNC auto lathe machine operations and programming.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
Monthly Salary:
• This will be discussed during the interview.

• Laguna Technopark Annex, Biñan, Laguna
• Preferred candidates should live near the working location
Work Schedule & Set-up:
• Full-time, on-site (Day shift)
• Monday to Saturday (8-hour shift), from 7 AM to 4 PM.
