Production Shift Controller

PRODUCTION SHIFT CONTROLLER

 

Job Responsibilities:
Implements work schedule and ensures that lines adhere to required production quality standards

Monitors work performance and behavior of Line Leaders and workers and ensure adherence to work standards and company rules

Ensures proper and immediate containment of defective product and abnormal line condition in the work area

Ensure efficient use of production resources and effective implementations of production systems, standards and policies

Work collaboratively with Engineers, Line Leaders and Technicians to address abnormal conditions/ problems

Job Qualifications:
At least two or more years?
experience as Shift Controller/ Line Leader

Knowledge

on the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHS 18001Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office Applications specifically Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint

Amenable to work in the City of Naga, Cebu
