Production Shift Controller

**Responsibilities**:

- Implements work schedule and ensure that lines adhere to required production quality standards
- Monitors work performance and behavior of Line Leaders and workers and ensure adherence to work standards and company rules
- Ensures proper and immediate containment of defective products and abnormal line conditions in the work area
- Ensure efficient use of production resources and effective implementations of production systems, standards and policies
- Work collaboratively with Engineers, Line Leaders and Technicians to address abnormal conditions/ problems

**Job Qualifications**:

- At least three or more years experience as Shift Controller/ Leader
- Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHS 18001
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications specifically Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint
