PRODUCTION SECTION MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the group in achieving the objective in productivity, yield, quality, delivery, inventory and cost through optimum utilization of resources and effective coordination with support group

Has high ethical standard to maintain line discipline in terms of work values, 5S and safety practices

Provide Leadership support to Production Supervisors and Line Leaders for the accomplishment of assigned tasks & objectives

Ensure output meets the quality standards

Follow-through the activities in Production to achieve the Key Performance Indices

Ensure an effective

communication to all Support Groups to sustain a highly motivated workforce through teamwork and disciplineQUALIFICATIONS

With a degree in engineering preferably Industrial/Electronics and other relevant fields

Must have at least 5 years experience as a Production Manager or Senior Supervisor position in a multi-national Manufacturing environment of similar or related industry

Proven leadership and management skills

Excellent knowledge in high volume manufacturing concepts

Proficient on both oral and written communication

Proactive and results oriented

Excellent analytical ability
