Production Quality Engineer

Responsible for assuring that all parts/components used, processes implemented, and products produced comply with the set Quality Standards and Customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize QA manpower to support production based on demand schedules. Ensure compliance to IATF 16949, APS, Safety, and other related standards. Ensure that inspectors perform their functions/tasks effectively. Ensure continuous improvement of inspectors' levels through quality leveling and customer updates. Coordinate and verify component issues found in the production line and provide recommendations/dispositions. Monitor PPM results and follow-up actions required to eliminate/address highlighted issues. Check, review, and update procedures or work instructions to ensure conformance to the standard. Implement business deployment plan and update results. Ensure updating of master samples, limit samples, and acceptance criteria.
