Production Operator

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least **High School graduate (Junior or Senior High)**:

- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Preferably (but not required) with work experience in a manufacturing company

**Job Summary**:

- Daily checks machines and properly reports any unsafe conditions in the work area
- Ensures that all quality checkpoints are met during production
- Reports any abnormality on the machine, material that may affect tire quality
- Properly reports output as well as problems encountered during operation
- Maintains and properly implements 5's in the work area
