Job description

Controls the plastics extrusion equipment in accordance with the customer specificationShould inspect each piece to ensure that it meets the company-imposed standards.Perform maintenance on the equipment such as administering lubrication to ensure that it functions properly.Removes and installs form tool inserts, when applicable.Verifies and documents the equipment settings, process settings, and product specifications prior to start up.Starts up the former, trim press and support equipment in a safe, efficient manner.Cleans former, trim press and immediate support equipment and maintains a clean, organized, safe work area continuously throughout the shift.Follows all legal and company safety regulations.Maintain records of production.
