Production Operator

Job description- Controls the plastics extrusion equipment in accordance with the customer specification- Should inspect each piece to ensure that it meets the company-imposed standards.- Perform maintenance on the equipment such as administering lubrication to ensure that it functions properly.- Removes and installs form tool inserts, when applicable.- Verifies and documents the equipment settings, process settings, and product specifications prior to start up.- Starts up the former, trim press and support equipment in a safe, efficient manner.- Cleans former, trim press and immediate support equipment and maintains a clean, organized, safe work area continuously throughout the shift.- Follows all legal and company safety regulations.- Maintain records of production.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: - Day shift - Morning shift
