Production Manager (Technical Team)

Responsible for leading the overall production operation and achieving the production targets through the effective utilization of manpower, materials, machines, methodologies at mínimal cost.- Graduate of any Engineering course; preferably with license- With 5 years related experience in the same capacity- Expert in Premixing, Dough Mixing, Cream Mixing, Forming, Baking, Biscuit Seasoning, Sandwiching (creaming), Packaging, Manpower Scheduling and Management, Production Report Completion- With advanced skills in Materials Standards and Processes, Machine Standards and Processes, and Office Management- With working background in Software Application- With advanced skills in Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Business Knowledge, Managing Change, Industry Understanding, Managing Resources and Accountability- With advanced skills and background in Managing Performance, Developing and Motivating Talent, Strategic Leadership, Negotiation and Leading Teams- Willing to be assigned in Novaliches
