Production Manager (Renewable Energy)

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering, or a related field.
? 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in renewable energy or
manufacturing.
? Proven ability to lead production teams and optimize processes.
? Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and quality control.
? Familiarity with renewable energy systems (e.g., solar, wind, hydroelectric) is an
advantage.
? Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
? Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Preferred
? Experience managing assembly lines for imported components.
? Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
? Background in scaling production operations in a startup environment.
SALARY RANGE: 70,000 - 100,000
