Responsible for leading the overall production operation from Premixing, Conversion, Packaging, Breadline, and Engineering
- Graduate of Engineering course
- With at least 3 years of professional experience in the same capacity
- Must be expert in Premixing, Conversion, Packaging, and Breadline
- With advanced skills in Facilitating Change, Strategic Leadership, Managing Performance, Developing & Motivating Talent, Industry Understanding, Managing Resources, Problem Solving, and Decision Making
- Willing to be assigned in Novaliches
